Tool Analytics

“Optimizing tool utilization, streamlining processes, and delivering valuable insights by analyzing used tools”

Utilizing tools properly can make the difference on the shopfloor, both in terms of productivity and costs. Yet today, utilization is far from ideal.

  • 75% of operators take decisions about tools utilization based on visual inspections, experience and intuition.

  • 3 out of 4 production managers see the falling skill levels in their workforce as a major threat to business success.

  • 90% of CNC companies do not gather enough utilization data to generate usable insights for decision-making.

With increasingly less skilled operators and a lack of reliable insights, utilizing tools in the most productive and sustainable way becomes a real challenge.
